The Sales Process
From experience we find that most systems in place have been implemented by management but are rarely reviewed and re-trained on. By utilizing workshops, monthly meetings and scheduled one on one training session’s we can Coach and Train your sales people and F&I on your “Sales System”. Consistent Menu selling is the crucial step that allows the F&I Department to put the customer in the driver’s seat. It gives the customer a clear picture of price and benefits without the pressure.
Having the Right Players
You either have a “Top Performer”, an average Performer, or you are in a recruiting situation.
The “right person” is key to successful F&I performance. You need an individual who can sell effectively and quickly gain respect and credibility from your sales force and management team. F&I Coach will spend the time and have the resources to find you a highly motivated individual who is suited to both the job and your dealership. We count on past performance to help us dictate future performance.
Compensation
Pay plans draw revenue to the bottom line for the dealership. We promote performance driven pay plans that rely on a production index. More products sold equals more income. It also allows us to identify lower-producing F&I Managers and give us direction toward solutions.
Systems and Controls
Being able to track performance in real time is crucial to your success. This will direct our focus and create faster financial results.
Training
Nothing creates results or accountability better than 1 on 1 training if it is consistent and timely. Mix in quarterly round tables and an annual Three Day Workshop for cutting edge performance from your F&I Department.
